remote - ADMINISTRATION VOLUNTEER ROLES
We rely on volunteers to help us successful deliver projects. Each project requires a lot of administrative work.
The tasks associated with this role include:
-
being first point of contact for iChope Events CIC
-
managing, creating and storing files and folders
-
handling data
-
scheduling and servicing meetings
-
helping to prepare reports and presentations

It doesn't matter if you haven't got previous experience of these tasks, we will provide training and support you whilst you learn.
​
You can volunteer as much or as little as you like and you will develop:

remote - SOCIAL MEDIA VOLUNTEER ROLES
We are looking for volunteers to help us build our social media presence through digital strategy development, social media account management, content creation and analytics.
The tasks associated with these roles include:

leading on digital and social media strategy development​

film and video creation

social media account management
-
analysis of metrics associated with social media accounts

It doesn't matter if you haven't got previous experience of all of these tasks, we will provide training and support you whilst you learn.

We are looking for volunteers to help us build our event calendar and to plan and manage our events.
The tasks associated with this role include:

staffing/volunteer roles and training

sponsorship

event delivery

event evaluation

We are looking for volunteers to help us grow our funding streams and income so we can deliver events and project that improve lives.
The tasks associated with this role include:

researching funding opportunities and additional revenue streams

preparing funding bids

maintaining funding deadline log

We are looking for individuals who are aged 16+ years who can commit 8 hours per year to help drive our organisation forward.
